Situated in Meihana Street in Takaka township, this proposed ribbon subdivision is currently part of a 13 ha block of quality pastureland, zoned as residential.
The 11 proposed sections will all have individual legal access off Meihana Street, thus eliminating any requirement to construct access roading or rights of way to any site.
The developer will be required to undertake all subdivision requirements as specified in the Tasman District Council’s Resource Consent, copies of which are available to genuine interested parties.
While the vendor does not wish to undertake any of the development work personally, he will certainly consider possible involvement if so requested as part of any proposal.
